We collect the absolute minimum required to provide the service:
nolo_abc123xyzAll chat history is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers. If you clear your browser data, your history is permanently deleted. We have no access to it at any time.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect billing information as described in their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. The only information we receive from Stripe is a confirmation that payment was completed, linked to your anonymous user ID.
Your messages are sent to AI model providers (including Groq and associated model providers) to generate responses. These providers may retain messages according to their own data retention policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Groq (groq.com) and the respective model providers.
The limited server-side data (anonymous ID, usage counters, subscription status) is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. No conversation content is ever stored server-side.
As a user in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any data associated with your anonymous ID. Since we do not collect personal data, there is effectively no personal profile to access or delete. If you want to remove your anonymous ID and usage data from our systems, contact us at nolo.ai.app@gmail.com and provide your user ID (visible in the app's pricing screen).
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of NOLO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
